Flexbile size designing
The hydraulic cargo lifts's platform or cabin size can be designed flexibly, which is different with traditional cargo elevators' desgining, the classic traditional elevator's designing must match the capacity and platform size, but hydrualic lift designing is very smartful, even very small shaft can design a very large capacity cargo elevator;
Pitless installation
Hydraulic cargo lifts offer the advantage of needing minimal pit depth for installation. Sometimes, a civil pit as shallow as 200mm suffices, or no pit is required at all. This flexibility facilitates easy installation and use, setting hydraulic lifts apart from traditional traction lifts that often need deeper pits.
Overhead room height lower can be lower than traction elevator's requested
If customer want to install traction cargo elevator , the top floor's overhead room height need at least 4000mm or its need a machine room, but when you want to install hydraulic cargo elevator, the overhead room height only need 2.5m will be enough, and its no need extra machine room;
Platform size and capacity's flxibly fitness
When it comes to designing and installing a traction cargo elevator, it's essential to understand the basic principle: a larger shaft accommodates a larger capacity, while a smaller shaft is suited for a smaller capacity. Installing a high-capacity elevator in a narrow shaft can be extremely challenging. However, when considering a hydraulic cargo lift, the conventional design principles can be disregarded. Even with a shaft size as small as 1m x 1m, you can design a lift with a capacity of up to 5 tons or even more. This flexibility in design makes hydraulic lifts a versatile and practical option for various applications.
Hydraulic cargo lift using is more adapt to the envirenment
Unlike traction lifts, which are typically installed only within concrete or steel-framed shafts, hydraulic lifts offer greater flexibility. They can be installed inside concrete hoistways or even outside walls, provided there are one or two strong fixing points. Lift structure
We use China's national standard steel as the skeleton and surface material for our cargo lift, with each raw material certified by its supplier. The entire system has obtained CE certification after rigorous long-term testing of lab spare parts and the entire lift system.
Hydraulic system
Tebo hydraulic system of hydraulic cargo lifts serves as its core loading mechanism, utilizing China's national standard accessory products. Notably, 80% of these accessories meet military standards, enabling us to export our products to countries such as the USA, Japan, and those in Europe.
Electric system
Tebo hydraulic cargo lifts utilize a microcomputer-controlled electric system, ensuring ultra-smooth vertical movement with precision stability. All control, signal, and power cables feature industrial-grade plug-and-play connectors for rapid, error-proof installation. This modular design reduces wiring complexity, accelerates setup, and enhances durability, meeting stringent IEC safety standards for industrial automation.
Finishes parts
Our hydraulic lift cabins offer a range of manual options and finishes tailored to meet specific requirements. We provide three cabin models: Model A features a platform with a height of approximately 1100mm, constructed with durable steel mesh for robust performance. Model B is a fully enclosed cabin with steel mesh, featuring holes less than 30x30mm in diameter to comply with EU safety standards, ensuring operator safety and protection. Lastly, Model C showcases a luxurious stainless steel cabin adorned with LED lights and a light curtain, not only enhancing safety but also providing rain and dust resistance for optimal comfort and reliability in all conditions.
Three models of shaft enclosures can be utilized based on specific requirements:
A. The steel mesh model, suitable for installation on the inside of factories or other indoor environments. This type of shaft mesh cover serves as an effective protection device.
B. The steel board model, ideal for installation outside workshops or in other outdoor conditions.
C. The classic concrete shaft wall model, representing the traditional elevator hoistway. With this standard shaft condition, the installation of the elevator becomes straightforward and convenient, adhering to tried-and-true methods.
Safety system
Hydraulic explosion-proof valve system
Each cylinder unit of our lifts is equipped with an explosion-proof valve, incorporating an additional safety feature to bolster the reliability of the hydraulic system. During the operational process, if there is any unexpected malfunction, such as a ruptured oil hose, a disrupted hydraulic route, or an abrupt oil leakage, the lift will promptly halt its descent. This sophisticated design ensures the comprehensive safety of both the lift and the valuable cargo it carries, providing peace of mind and assurance of protection.
Door safety sensors
Tebo brand hydraulic cargo lifts utilize door safety sensors to guarantee safety. This means that each set of landing doors, platform doors, and cabin doors is equipped with at least one door safety limit switch. The electrical diagram is designed in the form of a safety loop for the door sensors, ensuring that all doors must be securely closed for the lift to function. In the event that any door is forcibly opened, the lift will immediately stop. The lift can only operate normally when all cabin doors and landing doors of the cargo elevator are fully closed and securely latched.
Emergency stop system
We designed an emergency button for the hydraulic cargo lift, ensuring that in the event of any unexpected issues, users can swiftly press it to halt the lift's operation abruptly, safeguarding the lift's structure, cargo, and operator's safety.
Additionally, we incorporated platform safety sensors using infrared light curtains. If any item loaded on the platform falls out of the platform door, the lift will immediately stop, ensuring the safety of both the lift and personnel.
The lift doors can be secured using door safety sensor limit switches, door-touching locks, or electromagnetic locks, meaning the lift can only operate when all doors are securely closed. During normal operation, if any door is opened, the lift will stop immediately, guaranteeing the safety of both the hydraulic cargo lift and its users.
Double transmission device protection
We have designed a lifting system that incorporates either 2 or 4 groups of steel ropes and 2 or 4 groups of steel heavy loading chains. The four groups of heavy loading chains are primarily responsible for supporting the entire platform structure and carrying heavy goods. Additionally, the four groups of steel ropes serve as safety transmission ropes, providing a crucial layer of protection. In the event of a failure in one of the steel heavy loading chains, the steel ropes will immediately activate as a safety device, effectively halting the descent of the platform and goods to prevent them from freely falling halfway through the lifting process. This design ensures that accidents are avoided, enhancing the overall safety and reliability of the lifting system.

Delivery time
At Tebo factory, each hydraulic lift platform is finished the production within 14 working days, with standard models frequently completed even earlier, often in under 10 days.
