The freight elevator consists of four parts, as follows:
1.Exterior system:
including elevator floor doors, shaft enclosures, platform doors, etc.
2. Hydraulicsystem:
The hydraulic system includes components such as oil cylinders, pump stations,and oil pipes. The pump station will pump out the oil, and the oil cylinderwill rise against the lifting frame, thus achieving the elevator's ascent. Whenthe elevator descends, it relies on its own weight to return the oil pressureto its original position, and the elevator achieves descent.
3.Mechanical system:
including elevator guide rails, liftingframes, platforms, etc
4. Electricalcontrol system:
distribution box, internal and external call button box, etc

Details Introduction
1.Cylinders
using two sealingring model, sealing oil ring and O ring are all Japan NOK brand, the cylinderrunning smooth and no easy leaking oil even after 4~5 years using;
2. Oil hose
Double layerssteel mesh protected designing will make the oil hose stronger than singlelayer model
3.Platform deck
Adopt 4 mm thickness checkered steel board as the platform floor, its strong and steadyenough, and its skid-proof plate, which could prevent people and goods fromslipping down from platform, which can protect safety of operators;
4.Guide rail
We adopt H beam asthe main supporting beam, its strong and steady when elevator running up anddown;
5.Steel rope
We adopt steelrope as the safety rope and balance rope for the freight elevator, which cankeep the elevator safer even if the chain broken when elevator running, thebalance rope function is to keep the platform's 4 corners' balance when loadingand unloading goods;
