Pitless installation

Hydraulic car lifts have low request of the pit depth. Usually, 200mm is sufficient, or no pit is required at all, client can make a concrete ramp locally, or we can provide a steel ramp to assist the car get in to and out of the platform or cabin.

Compared with traditional traction lift, hydraulic car lift offer a significant cost advantage, with selling price that are often half or even lower than traction lift. This makes them an excellent choice for customers seeking to meet their requirements. Furthermore, hydraulic car lift requires less frequent and extensive maintenance compared to traction car lift, resulting in lower maintenance fees. Therefore, choosing a hydraulic car lift can provide both economic savings and operational convenience.

Overhead room height can be lower than traction elevator's requested

If customer want to install traction car elevator , the top floor's overhead room height need at least 4000mm or its need a machine room, but if install hydraulic car elevator, the overhead room height only need 2.5m will be enough,   and its no need extra machine room.

Hydraulic car lift using is more adapted to the envirenment

Different with traction lift, which is typically installed only within concrete or steel shafts, hydraulic lift offer greater flexibility. It can be installed inside concrete shaft or againest at least one wall, need one or two strong fixing points. This adaptability ensures that hydraulic car lift can be installed and operated safely in various environments, making it a more popular option.

Lift structure

We use China's national standard steel as the skeleton and surface material for our car lift, with each raw material certified by its supplier. The entire system has obtained CE certification after rigorous long-term testing of lab spare parts and the entire lift system.

Hydraulic system

Tebo hydraulic system of hydraulic car lifts serves as its core loading mechanism, utilizing China's national standard accessory products. Notably, 80% of these accessories meet military standards, enabling us to export our products to countries such as the USA, Japan, and those in Europe.

Electric system

Tebo hydraulic car lifts utilize a microcomputer-controlled electric system, ensuring ultra-smooth vertical movement with precision stability. All control, signal, and power cables feature industrial-grade plug-and-play connectors for rapid, error-proof installation. This modular design reduces wiring complexity, accelerates setup, and enhances durability, meeting stringent IEC safety standards for industrial automation.

Finishes parts

Our hydraulic car lift cabins has many options and finishes that can meet clients' various requirements. We provide four cabin models: Model A is a platform with a height of approximately 800mm, constructed with durable steel tube. Model B is a fully enclosed cabin with steel mesh, with mesh holes less than 30x30mm in diameter to comply with EU safety standards, ensuring operator's safety. Model C is stainless steel cabin with LED lights, not only enhancing safety but also providing rain and dust resistance for optimal comfort and reliability in all conditions. Model D is similar to model C, but it is made of painted steel board;


Three models of shaft enclosures can be utilized based on specific requirements:

A. The steel mesh model, suitable for installation on the inside of factories or other indoor environments. This type of shaft mesh cover serves as an effective protection device.

B. The color steel tile model, ideal for installation outside workshops or in other outdoor conditions.

C. The classic concrete shaft wall model, representing the traditional elevator hoistway. With this standard shaft condition, the installation of the elevator becomes straightforward and convenient, adhering to tried-and-true methods.


Usually, car lift landing doors can be separated into four models:

A. Manual swing door, also known as the manually opening mechanical door, is fixed with hinges and top or bottom door axles, it can provide a robust and traditional solution.

B. Automatic shutter door, it is highly popular in many projects, including normal speed shutter door and fast speed shutter door, it can offer smart and convenient operation for users.

C. Automatic sliding door, same as traction car lift, hydraulic car lift also can be equipped with automatic sliding door, this kind of door is more convenient and acceptable for many customers

Safety system

Emergency stop system

We designed an emergency button for the hydraulic cargo lift, ensuring that in the event of any unexpected issues, users can swiftly press it to halt the lift's operation abruptly, safeguarding the lift's structure, cargo, and operator's safety.

Additionally, we incorporated platform safety sensors using infrared light curtains. If any item loaded on the platform falls out of the platform door, the lift will immediately stop, ensuring the safety of both the lift and personnel.

The lift doors can be secured using door safety sensor limit switches, door-touching locks, or electromagnetic locks, meaning the lift can only operate when all doors are securely closed. During normal operation, if any door is opened, the lift will stop immediately, guaranteeing the safety of both the hydraulic cargo lift and its users.

Overload system

Tebo hydraulic car lift is equipped with overloaded protecting system. It is designed to detect when the car loaded surpass the standard capacity. As soon as this occurs, the lift will promptly stops and trigger a loud alarming. The operation can ressume normal only after when the load is within the limit, protecting the equipment and preventing potential danger.

Door safety sensors

Tebo brand hydraulic cargo lifts utilize door safety sensors to guarantee safety. This means that each set of landing doors, platform doors, and cabin doors is equipped with at least one door safety limit switch. The electrical diagram is designed in the form of a safety loop for the door sensors, ensuring that all doors must be securely closed for the lift to function. In the event that any door is forcibly opened, the lift will immediately stop. The lift can only operate normally when all cabin doors and landing doors of the cargo elevator are fully closed and securely latched.

Double transmission device protection

We have designed a lifting system that incorporates 4 groups of steel ropes and 4 groups of heavy loading chains. The four groups of heavy loading chains are primarily responsible for supporting the entire platform structure and carrying cars. Additionally, the four groups of steel ropes serve as safety transmission ropes. If the chain is broken during usage, the steel ropes will immediately activate as a safety device, effectively prevent the descent of the platform and cars to prevent them from freely falling halfway through the lifting process. This design ensures that accidents are avoided, enhancing the overall safety and reliability of the lifting system.
