Home lift video call with Bahrain customer

Last week, our team made a video call withone customer, they don’t deal with hydraulic home lift in the past, so theywant to know more about this type and hope to start the market in theircountry.

We agreed to start at 2 pm on Thursday. Theparticipants on their side include the boss and the purchasing staff, theyasked us about the installation work, some performance and some safetyfunctions.

We introduce the configuration of the homeelevator, and show the customer some videos. For example, the villa lift adoptslow noise pump station with four valves, suitable for installation in thehouse, smooth running and soft landing, very comfortable. About theinstallation, it’s not limited with full closed shaft wall, it can be installedbetween stairs, near to the floor slab, or outside of the building. Lowrequirements for installation site, very easy to install. About the safetyfeatures, we show the bottom safety sensor, door safety sensor, light curtain,emergency stop and so on by the video. The customer is satisfied with this,want us to send some catalogs by courier, then they can promote this products better.

We have a good agreement between us, and wepromise to give the best support. Customer told us they will visit our factoryin the next year and he has great faith in the house elevator, hope we can worksmooth in the future!
