What's the procedure of buying a set of home lift

We are Jinan Tebo Machinery Company, boasting over a decade of profound experience in the field of hydraulic home lifts. Our company specializes in the production of two distinct types of hydraulic home lifts: the simple home lift without a shaft enclosure and the home lift equipped with a shaft enclosure. You are welcome to make a choice based on your specific requirements.

All our home lifts are customized to meet the exact conditions of your actual worksite, ensuring optimal functionality and seamless integration. If you find our hydraulic home lifts intriguing and are considering making a purchase, we kindly request that you provide us with the following detailed information:

1. Shaft size/Installation space size

Our cabin dimensions can be customized precisely to match your shaft specifications. The largest cabin size we are capable of manufacturing is 1500mm in width and 1200mm in depth.

2. Traveling height

The traveling height refers to the vertical distance from the ground floor to the top floor. For a more accurate and comprehensive assessment, it would be highly beneficial if you could provide the height of each floor. This information will enable us to better customize our solutions to meet your specific requirements and ensure optimal performance and functionality.

3. Stops

To accurately design and customize an elevator solution for your building, it is crucial for us to know the total number of stops the elevator will serve or the total number of floors in the building. This information directly impacts multiple aspects of the elevator system planning.

4. Door direction

I need to know the required door direction for the entrance and exit. You may refer to the attached image for reference.

5. Pit depth

For our hydraulic home lifts, the presence or absence of a pit is not a decisive factor. The standard depth requirement for the pit of our lifts is approximately 150mm. In cases where there is no pit available, a pitless installation solution can be adopted. Additionally, should you require it, we are able to provide a ramp to ensure convenient access to the lift.

6. Overhead height

The overhead height refers to the vertical distance from the top floor to the building's roof.

For our home lifts, the typical overhead height requirements are as follows: approximately 2,200mm for a basic home lift model, and 2,700mm for a home lift equipped with a shaft enclosure. This specification is crucial for ensuring proper installation and seamless operation.

7. Shaft enclosure

Please take a look at the attached pictures. Kindly let us know whether you require the installation of a shaft enclosure along with the lift, or if you only need the lift itself.

8. Landing door

We offer two types of landing doors: manual doors and automatic doors. The manual door is a manually operated swing door. As for the automatic doors, they consist of automatic swing doors and automatic sliding doors. Please refer to the following pictures for detailed visual references.
